I really appreciate this reminder to be deliberate about what we choose to allow into our life, and, equally importantly, what we choose not to allow. The same principle applies to strategic planning, which is so much about what we choose to prioritise and resource, and what we deliberately choose not to. Here’s to our 2020 choices supporting more of what does serve us; to being brave and persistent in prioritising these actions and habits; to our continual growth and improvement in our personal lives and our work.
