Zoom for introverts?
There's obviously been a massive upsurge in the use of on line meetings etc, and it is a wonderful way of communicating. I'm posting this as a light-hearted reminder to continue setting these meetings up for success by using tried and true meeting protocols; send out agendas, remember the personality strengths and weaknesses in our teams, give the 'quiet ones' thinking time and invite them to contribute. We can also send a private chat out to our quieter attendees asking them to contribute on a specific topic which is a nifty feature.
Additional ideas / suggestions welcome!
