Perspectives...

These are two unfiltered views of the same sunrise - same place, same time. Yet they are completely different. You’d think they were taken of a different place, or on a different day.

What I took from this was a reminder that the perspective we each ( as individuals), bring to work / life is important

We see what we see.

This often will be from a different perspective, one formed by our individual experience, the events we’ve just been through - meaning we can ‘see’ a shared situation quite differently.

Understanding this can help us avoid judgement, help us diffuse, and avoid conflicts and misunderstandings.

Understanding this can lead to better communication and engagement, to more effective deduction and decision making.

And that’s got to be good.
